  11.   Justice Scalia, concurring.
  12.   I write separately to note my complete agreement with
  13. Justice Thomas's explanation as to how the language of
  14. 43(a) and its common-law derivation are broad enough to
  15. embrace inherently distinctive trade dress.  Nevertheless,
  16. because I find that analysis to be complementary to (and
  17. not inconsistent with) the Court's opinion, I concur in the
  18. latter.
